Consignment Fees:
FOR STANDARD ITEMS listed on eBay, our fee is 30 percent of the total sale price up to $250 and 20 percent of the total for sales of $251 and above, plus eBay and PayPal listing and sales fees. Buyers pay shipping, handling and insurance charges, if any. You pay an eBay listing fee only if your item does not sell. eBay listing fees range from 15 cents to $4.00, depending on the starting price of the item being sold. You pay a final value fee only if your item sells. eBay final value fees range from 10 cents to $51.31, depending on the sale price. You also pay a small PayPal fee of up to 2.9% of the sale price if your buyer uses PayPal.
FOR CARS, TRUCKS, TRAILERS & BOATS listed on eBay Motors, you pay no listing or insertion fees because eBay charges no such fees for sales of motor vehicles. If your car, truck or other vehicle sells on eBay, you pay a successful listing fee of $125, which simpy is deducted from the buyer's payment. Is you use a reserve in your listing, you pay eBay's flat fee of $7 for a reserve in a vehicle listing.
Fees are subject to change without notice unless protected by verbal or written contract.

Terms And Conditions:
We reserve the right not to sell any item for any reason, such as its appropriateness for eBay or its saleability. We are acting as a consignee of your goods. We make no representations or warranties in connection with this agreement, or with services performed and products provided in connection with this agreement. The services provided and products provided under this agreement are provided "as is" and without warranty, express, implied or sanctuary. We will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages that may arise from or in connection with this agreement.
Typical Questions About Our Consignment Services:
Q: Do you have to take possession of the item in order to sell it?
A: No, in fact, I'd rather not, especially with larger items. The owner keeps it and if and when it sells, the owner ships it or the buyer comes and picks up the item, depending on what it is.
Q: Who pays for shipping?
A: Buyers always pay shipping fees. If the owner ships the item, he or she receives the shipping fees from the buyer; if I ship the item, the shipping fees go to me, of course. For a vehicle sold on eBay, the listing usually states that the buyer is responsible for vehicle pick-up or shipping.
Q: Who pays the eBay fees?
A: Typically, the owner pays the fees out of his/her sale proceeds. When a buyer purchases an item on eBay and pays via PayPal, there are eBay and PayPal fees, but these are reasonable, even for an expensive item. For more expensive items we ask the owner to pay certain listing fees up front. Such fees are explained above. If an item doe not sell, typically there are little or no fees, but these are still paid by the item's owner.
Q: What types of things do you sell?
A: Pretty much anything which is legal, from jewelry, antiques and collectibles to vehicles, boats, heavy equipment and planes.
Q: What do your consignment services entail?
A: I create an attractive and professional listing of your item(s) on eBay, relying on my eBay selling experience to list your item in the right category and in the right listing format. I also time your listing so that it ends at a time that maximizes its chances of fetching the highest price. I also take photos of your item(s), if necessary, and edit them, and I research the eBay market for your item(s) to determine how much money we expect to get from the sale.
Q: Who benefits more from a consignment sale, me or you?
A: My services are for those who don't have an eBay account, or don't know how to sell on line, or don't have the time to do so. Bottom line: The more money you make, the more money I make, so I try to make the most money possible for my customers. It's a win-win!
Q: Do we sign a contract or agreement?
A: For more expensive items, I recommend it, yes. I have such agreements. I don't use them for all items, but if the customer wants a signed agreement in place, that is no problem.
